had pinic today but didn't take pictures because all of us were eating and talking. so glad it only rain before we met. and steph ate herbal egg for the first time. had training after that but i was so badly demoralised because i couldn't go up shoulderstand perfectly. celebrated justin's birthday today and ate mint cake for the first time. (=
